We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter and a Skilled Laborer to join our crew.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and a willingness to take on diverse projects. This role involves performing on a variety of residential construction projects alongside a skilled team. You'll assist in demolition, framing, finish carpentry, and general labor duties. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Driver's license
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, machinery, and jobsite equipment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks indoors and outdoors
• Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety protocols on all job sites
